Chicago Sellers: More Homes Selling Fast in Summer 2026

Homes are moving quickly in Chicago this summer. The share of homes going off market in two weeks rose by 1.23 points year-over-year, reaching 46%. Sellers are seeing faster sales and less time on the market.
